Vicki Wilson

Vicki has over 20 years experience in human resources, including 16 years in the Vicki Wilson steel industry. Vicki received her B.A. in Economics from the University of Regina, and her Masters in Business Degree from Xavier University. Vicki attained her Professional Human Resource (PHR) designation with the Society for Human Resource Management. She was employed by IPSCO Inc. in Regina, Saskatchewan as Manager of Compensation and Benefits and was responsible for administering compensation and benefit plans for over 1200 employees at Canadian and U.S. locations. Vicki moved to Union, Kentucky where she was employed in human resources with Gallatin Steel Company, a Dofasco/Co-Steel partnership. Vicki is Chair of the Membership Outreach Committee with the Coeur d'Alene Chamber of Commerce, which received the Committee of the Year award for 2003.

Steve Wilson

Steve is the founder of Mid-States Technical Staffing Services, an engineering services company that provides technical support to over 100 companies in 7 Midwestern states. He founded Mid-States Technical in 1986. In Steve Wilson 1991, INC Magazine recognized Mid-States Technical as one of the 500 fastest-growing companies in the U.S. Today, the company operates under the name "Entegee," a division of Modis Professional Services (NYSE: MPS). Modis is one of the nation's largest professional staffing companies. Steve received his B.S. Degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, and his M.S. Degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. He was employed with John Deere and Company in manufacturing and engineering management positions. Steve was an Engineering Manager with the Newell Corporation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He left Newell in to start Mid-States Technical. Under Steve's direction, Mid-States Technical has been nationally recognized as a successful example of "Open-Book Management." Steve is the author of "The Bucket Bonus Plan," which describes an innovative bonus plan used by many open-book organizations.

In 1996, Steve founded Willow Creek Consultants to provide recruiting and management assistance to companies implementing Open-Book Management. Willow Creek Consultants became a strategic business partner with Profiles International in 2000 when Vicki joined the company. Steve and Vicki expanded their services to include a broad range of specialized products to provide the most effective means of maximizing workforce potential.

Steve and Vicki moved to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho in April of 2000. They live on acreage with their horses He's Stylish, Simbara, The Prince Ali and Amirra; dogs, Abby and Higgins; and cats, Patches, Nike and Gucchi.
