Use this Report once every position within your organization is benchmarked and a Job Match Pattern is created. The Multi-Job Match Report will compare an employee's attributes to the requirements of several jobs so you can promote with confidence.

Once you have promoted the right person to the right job, the Profiles CheckPoint 360 Competency Feedback System, a multi-rater feedback process provides managers and leaders with an opportunity to receive an evaluation of their job performance from the people around them - their boss, their peers, and the people whose work they supervise.
